📢 Last Drop-In Session (Jan–June)!
Join us on Thursday 18th June, 1:30–3:30pm at the Wellwynd Hub, Tranent to explore practical daily living equipment and technology that can help you—or someone you care for—live more independently. It’s a great chance to see what’s available and ask questions in a relaxed, informal setting.

***Are you caring for a family member or friend? How well do you balance your own wellbeing?***

Join an occupational therapy-led programme to learn skills and strategies to stay well through engaging in the activities that matter most to you.

Interactive sessions over 4 consecutive weeks will cover:

• Maintaining a sense of self alongside and independent of caregiving
• The importance of self-care and self-compassion
• Managing time and energy effectively, different types of rest for balance
• Building habits and routines to support yourself and others
• Managing stress, understanding your own and others' behaviours
• Role transitions and relationship dynamics

📢 Drop‑In Sessions for Daily Living Equipment & Technology Solutions
We’re delighted to introduce our newly combined public drop‑in education sessions
✅ Get advice on daily living equipment
✅ Find suitable technology solutions
✅ Support for family members and unpaid carers
✅ No appointment needed — just drop in during the two‑hour session
These sessions are designed to help people stay safe, independent, and confident at home, while also making caring for someone else a little easier. You’ll have the chance to see a range of helpful everyday items and speak directly with an East Lothian Rehabilitation Services professional to find the right solution for you or the person you care for.
