After a busy week, yesterday was all about some much-needed downtime and recharging the batteries. ☀️

Last week was a great one – from welcoming the fantastic guys from Hailsham Cricket Club, to another brilliant Thursday night with the Warrior's Breath community, and finishing with a private Wim Hof session on Sunday for a lovely group.
One message I received after Wednesday's session said the experience had "massively changed how I think about things."
Messages like that mean the world and remind me why I do what I do.

Looking forward to getting back to it this week with Warrior Flow on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
