For the first time in 3 years, my service prices are slightly increasing. This will in effect for any appointments booked after today, all current appointments remain current prices.
This is Not because I wanted to. And anyone who knows me knows I genuinely love what I do — I’d do this job for free if life didn’t cost money!
But the reality is… I was charging the same if not less than a back-street massage.
And what I provide is not that.
I am a HCPC registered Physiotherapist who has continued to invest heavily in advanced education, specialist training and clinical development — particularly in lower back pain, spinal rehabilitation and return to performance.
My own spinal surgery journey didn’t just change my body — it elevated my clinical understanding.
What I offer now is not generic physio.
Not a quick basic massage.
Not a standard rehab sheet.
It’s specialist assessment.
Advanced biomechanics.
Pain science integration.
Movement re-education.
Performance-level programming designed to get you back to training safely and confidently.
These new prices simply bring my services in line with other private specialist therapies — and reflect the depth of expertise and personalised care you receive.
I care deeply about every single person who walks through my doors and spend alot of my free time checking in with clients away from the physio room & That won’t ever change.
But the level I operate at deserves to be reflected properly.
