The kitchen has smelt so good with this BBQ pulled pork in the slow cooker today! Hidden underneath is a jacket potato, hubby always has his in bread rolls! Another free food plateful as a food optimising Slimming World member & bloomin' tasty it was too!

New school term this week?πŸ€”
It's back to routine after (hopefully) a summer full of fun?
Often we, as slimmers, find routine easier! It helps us to plan meals, organise lunches, not forgetting making time for ourselves too! Self care is so important and healthy eating doesn't need to be complicated - it just needs to work around our lives!

If you're thinking this could be the perfect time for a fresh start, I'd love to welcome you to my friendly Slimming World groups❀️. Welcoming new and returning members.
Don't put it off any longer - you could easily be half a stone or more lighter in the next 2 or 3 weeks - with eating real food too!
