New dates for Baby Massage! 💆‍♀️

Wednesdays 10am - 11am Greetland Wellness Hub CIC - starting 26th August 2026

£55 for 4 weeks ( there are some discounted places available for those who’d like to join but may be struggling financially - please send me a message to discuss this 🙂)

My Baby Massage courses offer a calm, supportive space for you and your baby to connect through gentle, nurturing touch.

The early months are a powerful time for bonding and development. These 4-week courses are designed to help you feel confident using simple baby massage and reflexology techniques at home, supporting relaxation, connection, and your baby’s overall wellbeing.

Each session is slow-paced and welcoming, giving you time to tune into your baby’s cues while enjoying meaningful one-to-one moments together.

Baby Massage:
Week 1 - Head, neck, shoulders and arms
Week 2- Chest, shoulders, arms and hand
Week 3  - Chest, tummy, arms and back 
Week 4 - Tummy, legs, bottom and feet 

The courses are suitable for babies from 6 weeks to crawling.  Each course includes supportive handouts, a small goodie bag, and the option to join a WhatsApp group for ongoing connection.

There will be a maximum of 10 spaces per course to create a relaxed and personal experience

Final week of Baby Reflex today 🥹…. Crazy how much the little ones have grown over the last 4 weeks !

I’m taking a few weeks off from baby classes while I juggle holidays and looking after my own “baby”…. Then I’ll be back at the on the 26th August for a new 4 week Baby Massage class - link in Bio to book (booking essential )

If you can’t wait that long then I’m still available for Toddler and Baby 1:1 ones at my treatment room in the - you can book these though my booking system also (link in Bio)

I’ve still got some spaces on my upcoming Baby Massage & Baby Reflexology 4-Week Courses!

These are gentle, baby-led courses for you and your baby…time to slow down, bond, and learn simple techniques you can use at home.

I’m a Level 5 qualified Clinical Reflexologist, Reiki Master, and a mum too. I know how much parents and carers can need a calm, welcoming space where there’s no pressure to have everything together.

Crying babies, feeding, changing, arriving flustered, or not feeling your best are all completely okay. Just come as you are.

Across the 4 weeks, you’ll learn ways to:

✨ bond with your baby through positive touch
✨ meet other new parents in a relaxed space
✨ soothe and calm your baby
✨ support relaxation and sleep
✨ help ease digestive discomfort, wind and colic symptoms
✨ build confidence using simple massage and reflexology techniques

You’ll also receive:

🌿 a detailed guidance booklet for each session
🌿 access to a supportive WhatsApp group, if you’d like guidance between sessions
🌿 a little goodie bag
🌿 a 20% off voucher towards a private 1:1 baby session, or a reflexology or Reiki treatment for yourself, because you need looking after too!
