Hi ! I’m Helen, owner of Earth and Ether Holistics…. I’m a level 5 qualified reflexologist and Reiki Master based in Calderdale and I’m really excited to be launching Earth and Ether Kids focussing on supporting children of all ages and their parents / carers.

I’m now offering a number of Baby Massage and Reflexology courses as well as 1:1 sessions. Perfect for bonding with your baby and learning techniques to help with sleep, digestion and calming. Baby Reflexology Greetland Wellness Hub CIC starting 1st July .

Led by a level 5 qualified clinical reflexologist, this gentle course will guide you through simple baby reflexology techniques to use at home to support relaxation, connection and overall wellbeing a beautiful way to bond with your baby and meet other parents / carers to add to your village.

We will cover the following
Week 1 - Soothe and Sleep
Week 2 - Rest and Digest
Week 3 - Comfort and Ease
Week 4 - A moment of calm - a session dedicated to the parent / carer to help reset the nervous system

Yesterday I stomped up Stoodley Pike with these lovely ladies…. These guys I either met at baby groups or through people I met at baby groups - nearly 5 years ago. It’s difficult making friends as an adult and new parenthood can be scary, isolating and insanely overwhelming. I can honestly say I’d have struggled to make it through without this tribe … non judgemental advice, messy over sharing and emergency childcare covering and NOW we even get chance to spend time together as us … not just “Mummy”.

This is one of the main reasons I wanted to train in baby and toddler massage and reflexology , not just to provide practical tips to help baby but also to support new mums , encourage connections and create lifelong friendships … because it really really does take a village !

After completing my training with the fabulous School of Calmology back at the end of April - I have finally got myself sorted and am so excited to be running a number of baby and toddler massage and reflexology sessions over May and June (and hopefully beyond!)
