Adverse Childhood Experiences

They colour our lives from the moment we encode them

However as with any encoded traumatic event it can be delinked and resolved and the healing can begin

Children who experience adversity and trauma have a higher risk of developing depression and anxiety as adults. In turn, trauma-based anxiety and depression can increase anger. The worse the trauma children experience, the angrier they become as adults.

Having a client report that after 2years of a traumatic event plaguing her and seeing various “experts”
