We've noticed that we do not have up to date contact details for some of our diabetic eye patients 📞✉️📧

This means that patients are missing important screening appointments which check for small changes to the retina 👁️

Diabetic eye disease has no early symptoms. It is one of the most common causes of preventable sight loss.

These available appointment slots for diabetic eye screening next week need filling.

Every appointment is precious and every missed appointment has a knock-on effect for the health of local people. It matters. No one else is going to take your appointment for you, the time is simply lost to health services.

We have an OCT scan slot at Asda Rooley Lane on Monday 18/5 and two digital imaging slots next Wednesday and Friday at Westwood Park. If you or your child (aged 12+) are due for screening, book NOW on 01422 414700.
