He is also super clever at covering up the tattoos you no longer want or need 😅🙌🏼 Mav's our cheeky chappy of HTC, but if you don't want to listen to him, he's recently purchased some headphones, so just tell him to put them on 😂😜

The best time to get a rapid response is during the hours of 10am and 4pm Tuesday to Saturday. If your message is urgent and requires an immediate response, notifications are turned on, so please feel free to write 'URGENT' at the beginning of the message and someone will get back to you at their earliest convenience (if it isn't urgent - please don't do this). Sending multiple messages or question marks bumps you further down the queue as we work oldest to newest in replies so please bare this in mind when messaging out of hours 🖤
