If your body is carrying a lot of tension tight shoulders, a stiff back, tired legs, or multiple areas that need attention a 60 minute massage can sometimes feel like it’s over just as your body begins to fully relax.

A longer treatment gives your therapist more time to work gradually through areas of tension, rather than rushing from one area to another.

With 90 minutes, there’s more time to:
• Focus on multiple areas of tension
