Fantastic feedback from a client this weekend who came to me as she wanted to boost her confidence to stand up and speak to a large group of people at a very special ceremony. Having recently given a talk to a group of 200, I felt very qualified to assist with this. Her session with me was amazing and she was fantastic. She relaxed, I said all the right words, and her speech stunned everyone there, so much so that she is going on to do other things that she would normally have declined. I know that her family are very proud of her and she too deserves to be very proud of herself. It just goes to show how the power of positive thinking and hypnotherapy can work in changing people's perceptions of themselves and their abilities. Lots of people comment on my voice, even when chatting in the supermarket and during my relaxation sessions people have said that they felt they were floating on air😉 so much so that someone suggested I produce a Relaxation CD. Obviously mine is unique in that it has a true Yorkshire accent, not the usual American one!!. It takes you on a wonderful journey.🚣‍♂️ I now sell these to raise money for various charities.
