I’m Sophie 👋, I’ve had the pleasure of running the group at Hallow for over a year now. Here’s a few things about the Hallow group…

☀️ They are very friendly and welcoming, it blew me away when I first came along 🥹

💕 They support everyone week in, week out. No “cliques” or singling anyone out, they are a TEAM

✨ They love a giggle - usually at my expense 🤪

💖 They are really good at solving a problem. Need a recipe? They’ve got loads. Want help navigating a social situation? They’ve got so many ideas to help

If you have an open mind, fancy a giggle and new friendships with the desire to lose weight, come and check us out next week. No booking necessary, just head in 10-15 mins early (approx 5:15) so I can welcome you in 🥰

It’s been a super busy week this week as it’s Half Term, thankfully we’ve had some amazing sunshine this week ☀️ Children are always welcome to our groups so it was great to see so many little faces joining us in group this week with lots of stickers given out! 👦🏼🧒🏽

As we wave them off back to School tomorrow, we are looking forward to kick starting June in groups, supporting everyone with whatever life throws at you to reach your weight loss goals. 🌟🙌

Groups start again tomorrow at Archdales 73 Club Ltd, with sessions at 3:30pm, 5pm & 6:30pm, come and join us! No booking required ❤️
Followed by Tuesday morning at Worcester Masonic Hall, WR3 8LX and Hallow Parish Hall, WR2 6PP on Tuesday afternoon.

The members all smashed just over 200lb this week (200.5lb to be precise ☺️) in what was one of the hottest weeks in group 🔥 🥵 they are unstoppable!

Welcoming 3 new members across the sessions, crowning 3 Target Members, with new members losing up to 7lb in their first week from last week! 🤩

Come and join us next week and you could be up to 7lb (or more!) lighter and grab that first 1/2 stone award 💖

I can’t believe we’ve had our last weigh-in of January… and what an epic January it’s been! 🤩

I couldn’t be prouder of the members across Blackpole, Masonic Hall and Hallow groups for their commitment and determination with their weight-loss goals.

And it’s really showing… because together they’ve lost an incredible 84.2 STONE in January alone! 💥👏

Just imagine what they could achieve by the end of the year… 🤩

We’re still very much supporting members who are finding things tricky after Christmas, so if you’ve been thinking about coming along, you’d be so welcome 💕
