Leaf hunting!!

I'm getting prepped for my retreat day in about 2 weeks.
The autumn colours look beautiful AND the trees remind us, as they let go, that we're not supposed to hold on to stuff either, so let's use this time of year as a reminder to clear out, and prepare for winter - the time when we tend to go 'to ground' to nourish deeply.

Do you have animal comfort when you're struggling?

Every time I'm tapping and hit on something that's coming from my inner child and the feelings come up, my fur-baby ALWAYS comes rushing over to soothe me.

Although it pauses the tapping, there's so much comfort in having her with me, with her soft ears which feel heavenly, the way she seeks to nibble my fingers, and (cos she's a lab, and quite a big puppy now!) lumbering on me with her bony elbows!!! 🤣💜🥰

She doesn't do it when I'm tapping on stuff for my adult self, just when my inner Little Claire is in need. There's so much love right there.
