✨️ Interest Check-In ✨️

I'm creating a brand-new 6-session meditation journey for beginners, held in my cosy Relax Room with space for an intimate 4 participants.

This isn't just about learning to meditate during the sessions. My intention is to help you build a simple, sustainable practice that you can continue at home long after the course has finished.

Over 6 fortnightly sessions, we'll explore:

✨ Creating sacred space
✨ Grounding techniques
✨ Breath awareness and calming breathwork
✨ Meditation posture and comfort
✨ Working with a busy mind
✨ Heart-centred meditation and gratitude
✨ Creating a meditation routine that works for you

Each session will include teaching, meditation practice, discussion, and simple practices to use between sessions, helping you build confidence one step at a time.

🌿 As this will be the very first Sacred Stillness journey, it will be offered at a special pilot course price before future courses are expanded and developed.

Before I confirm the dates, I'd love your feedback.

Day 2: Reiki & Energy Healing

This might sound a little strange to some, but have you ever walked into a room and immediately felt uncomfortable... or completely at ease?

Most of us accept that we can feel the energy of a place or a person without really thinking about it.
Yet when it comes to our own energy, how we feel, we often ignore it.

Sometimes people come to see me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, emotional, disconnected, exhausted or simply not themselves.
They can't always explain why.
They just know something feels "off."

✨ Reiki is a gentle, natural yet powerful way of restoring balance, aligning energy and encouraging relaxation.

✨ It can help calm a busy mind, ease emotional overwhelm and create a sense of peace and clarity.

✨ Many people describe feeling lighter afterwards, as though they've put down a heavy backpack they didn't realise they were carrying.

✨️ I find it really beautiful that Reiki isn’t something that only happens in a “Reiki session” with me… it naturally weaves through everything I do.

So whether you’re having Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Ear Candling or even working with essential oils, crystal or oracle cards, there’s always that gentle layer of energy healing supporting the treatment.

It’s never separate… it’s all connected. 💜

✨️ One of the things I love most about Reiki is that you don't have to do anything.

Just allow yourself to rest and receive.

I've lost count of the number of times someone has arrived saying, "I don't even know why I'm emotional," only to leave feeling calmer, clearer and more connected to themselves.

💗 Sometimes we don't need all the answers. We don't need "fixing".
Sometimes we simply need space to call our energy back to ourselves. 💗

🌙✨MY MOON-KISSED SKINCARE ✨🌙

Last nights Blue Full Moon creation... a luxurious face serum blended with nourishing carrier oils and some truly beautiful essential oils, including the incredible Blue Lotus.

The aroma is heavenly, melts effortlessly into the skin... my face is going to love me for this one. 😍

After blending, my serum spent the night under the moonlight in a Blue John crystal dish. Blue John is often associated with clarity, intuition, calm and spiritual connection, making it the perfect companion for a Full Moon skincare ritual.

Can I share something I've noticed with you?

Many people come to see me because they have a specific issue crop up they'd like support with...

It could be tension in their shoulders, headaches, poor sleep, aching feet, stress, or simply feeling exhausted.

But what often surprises them is how much better they feel overall once they commit to regular treatments.

✨ Reflexology
This is one of my favourite ways to support the physical body because it works holistically rather than focusing on just one area. Different points on the feet correspond with different systems and organs throughout the body, helping encourage balance and harmony across the whole person. Clients often tell me they feel more grounded, sleep better, have improved digestion, reduced stress levels, and feel more "themselves" again after sessions.

✨ Indian Head Massage can help release tension held in the scalp, face, neck and shoulders. It's amazing how much stress we unknowingly carry in these areas. Clients leave feeling lighter, calmer and clearer in their minds.

✨ Ear Candling with Lymphatic Drainage Face Massage
Deeply relaxing and soothing. Combined with gentle facial massage, it can help you slow down, unwind and feel refreshed while encouraging the body's natural drainage processes.

What I've found is that regular treatments aren't just about relaxation (although that's wonderful too!).
They're about creating space for your body to reset before things build up.
A bit like servicing your car before the warning lights come on. 😆

When we regularly give our bodies time to rest, rebalance and release tension, everything tends to work a little more smoothly.

You sleep better. You cope with stress better. You feel more connected to yourself.

I think that's something we could all do with a little more of. 💜

🌝 The rare Blue Full Moon is at its peak on Sunday, but its energy will still linger into Monday...

And if you've been feeling a bit emotional, irritated, reflective, unsettled, or like something keeps coming up that you thought you'd dealt with years ago... you're not alone.

This Monday in the Relax Room, we won't be pretending everything is love and light.

We'll create space for the messy human stuff too.

✨️The resentment you're tired of carrying
✨️The guilt that keeps popping up
✨️The conversation you wish had gone differently
✨️The forgiveness you've been avoiding... from someone else... or from yourself.

Because holding on is exhausting. 😮‍💨

Through meditation & breathwork, we'll work with the energy of release and forgiveness.
Not because anyone else's actions were okay, but because you deserve the freedom that comes from no longer carrying the weight.

Imagine putting down a heavy backpack when you come down from climbing a mountain.....

That's the energy.

The feeling of relief, being free from the heaviness, the feeling of achievement.... the "phew that was tough, but I'm over it now"

It was SO hot last night that sleep clearly gave up on me… 😅
So, at some ridiculous hour, my brain decided it was the perfect time to see if i could work with AI to create a little essential oil “cheat sheet” to help explain the differences between pure essential oils, carrier oils, fragrance oils and hydrosols 🌿✨

🌹 Not all oils are created equally.
🪷 Not all “natural” products are automatically safe.
🌺 And not all advice online is good advice.

One thing that really concerns me is the amount of unsafe advice circulating online lately.
▪︎“Miracle blends.”
▪︎ Using oils neat.
▪︎ Ingestion - you"ll have seen the recipes popping up everywhere for lavender lemonade 🤦‍♀️
▪︎ The amount of recommendations for recipes with unsafe/toxic oils in them

Some plants naturally contain compounds that can be irritating, toxic or harmful when used incorrectly, especially around pets, children, pregnancy, medications or sensitive health conditions.

I’ve popped an infographic below because education around oils matters just as much, if not more than loving them 💗
