Holistic therapies

Aromatherapy massage

Aromatherapy oils used for all my massage treatments unless unsuitable and I use plain almond oil or grapeseed oil

Aromatherapy massage is a lighter pressure point massage but I find clients prefer this combined with other techniques too

Indian head massage
Massage of back, neck, shoulders, face and scalp to rebalance the whole body and mind and release negative energy

Traditional in chair 🪑 available
Or lie down couch style also available
Sometimes in a combination / trio treatment the majority of Indian head massage carried out on couch with the last 15 mins in chair

Reflexology
Becoming a nice popular regular treatment for some ladies at the moment helping with stress , tension , sleep , muscular aches / pains, menopause / perimenopause symptoms etc .
It’s a foot based treatment where each foot is massaged and pressure points are treated mapping the body internally / externally to promote total body well being and eliminate toxins .
