Thank you so much!

I just wanted to say thank you for all your messages & kind words since my Grandma passed away. I’m forever grateful for you all 😘

I’m back to work properly in my therapy room tomorrow, think I’m all caught up on messages, but if I’ve missed any please give me a nudge.

🌹Yoga is on every Thursday at The Mindful Hub 7.15pm -8.15pm, booking essential and only a few spaces left each week.

🌹Sunday Yoga isn’t on the next 2 weeks at it’s my birthday and then I’m away! But we’ll be back to it 7.30am on the 21st.

My beautiful Grandma passed away early this morning.

I’ll will answers all your messages & rearrange, book new appointments over the weekend or Monday. But for now I’m still on my road trip back up north.

💕Peri/menopause retreat💕

This will be the 6th peri/menopause retreat! Each time I’ve it based on what the amazing women that attend are wanting/needing.

After decades work in general practice as a nurse, I have now spent time training in holistic therapies to help women through all stages of their lives.

Take some time out to help your nervous system reset and empower yourself with knowledge.

💕Gentle yoga flow leading in to yoga nidra practice (yogic sleep) amazing way to calm your nervous system, to rest & restore.
💕Conversations in a safe space with like minded women.
💕Mini therapy. Choice of reflexology, reiki, Indian head, facial gha sha massage.
💕Snacks & drinks offered throughout.

Peri/menopause retreat day!

Yesterday was the 5th retreat day I have delivered, the first one almost a year ago!

These days have developed into what the ladies enjoying them need. Connection, community, understanding, being in a room which like minded women. All whilst being able to ask questions, be empowered with information and being shown holistic techniques to help them through peri & post menopause.

Yesterday we enjoyed a gentle yoga flow followed by a yoga nidra (yogic sleep) both to support our nervous system and encourage calm and relaxation. Nutritious lunch followed by mini treatments. Reiki was the favourite. We then had some discussion particularly navigating peri menopause and endometriosis.

Thank you so much to all the ladies that have been supporting these days and are enjoying the community we have created.

I’ll release the date of the next one tomorrow 🥰

Sunday Rest & Reset
We spent a very chilled evening journalling, stretching and restoring.
