It great that you have decided to lose some weight, but can I ask if you have thought this through?

Here are some points that I think that can help you.

• Are you ready? Are you going on the plan because you want to lose weigh or has someone suggested you should, if it is the latter rarely do you give it 100%, you need to do it for yourself!
• What is your motivation, it doesn't not matter if its for wanting to look good at the beach, or to help you have a baby, your motivation is what is important to you.
• Realistic goals are so important, it would be amazing to lose 5 stone in 5 weeks but lets be honest we all know that this is not going to happen so don't beat yourself up when it doesn't.
• Picking the correct step, you may have read that so and so did step 1 and had amazing result but they are not you, the best step is the one you will stick too without cheating if that's step 3 so what you will get the results!
• Get busy, especially at the start your mind can play tricks so keep it active, I am not saying go out to the gym, it can be going for a walk, pick a cupboard and clean it out (horrible job lol) learn a new skill (learn to knitting or teach yourself poker) or colouring in has been popular for the past few years.

I always find if I start drink my water early morning its easy to get to my 3l and I feel thirsty, why not try going to bed with a bottle of the bedside table for when you get up?
