REACH Lanarkshire Autism SCIO

REACH Lanarkshire Autism SCIO REACH were established to bridge the inequalities across Lanarkshire, to provide support to families who have a young person with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Objectives

- To relieve those in need, by providing ASD services of support and guidance both emotional and practical to individuals and their families.

- To promote the advancement of education by raising awareness of the condition to the families living with ASD and to the local and wider community.

- To provide activities and therapeutic interventions which support the social and emotional d

evelopment of children and young adults living with an ASD

- To provide education and self awareness to individuals with an ASD, their families and those who come into their contact with the purpose of empowering and including those individuals

This event is open to all individuals with an autism diagnosis, those who suspect they may be autistic, and anyone impacted by autism in their daily life, who are based in Lanarkshire. You’re welcome to join us.

This event provides a great opportunity to meet the team and find out what REACH offers.

Announcement - Additional Getaways - for 65 families

YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP IN ORDER TO ACCESS THESE GETAWAYS

We are delighted to announce that we have an additional 2 Haven short getaways to Primrose Valley and Skegness during the Scottish school holidays.

Please read all the information on the poster and this post before submitting your name.

Skegness is the 25th - 28th of September 2025
Primrose Valley is the 9th - 12th of October 2026

The deadline for submitting your name is Monday 20th April at noon.

The draw will be at 1pm on Monday the 20th April, with successful families being notified Monday afternoon via email.

Please note that if you were selected for Weedingshall this year or attended Weedinghshall in 2025 or Haggerston Castle in 2025 or 2026 and you submit your name, you will be put onto the reserve list.

Comment below or email [email protected] with which holiday you would like to enter the draw for and if you need transport. You can put your name down for both but if your name is selected in the first draw, you will be placed onto the reserve list for the second getaway.

Thank you to everyone who attended and supported REACH and our families celebrating World Autism Day yesterday. We were delighted to see so many of you get together.
I hope you all enjoyed celebrating a day that means so much to us all.
