This client came to me feeling lost and disconnected with her body, but unsure what to do next.
Through our time working together, we got to know her body, her energy, her lifestyle, her relationship with movement and what actually felt realistic for her.
And yes, she got stronger but the biggest transformation wasn’t just physica, it was the shift in how she approached movement.
She went from feeling like an off day or week meant she had to reset, punish herself or start again…to understanding that consistency doesn’t have to mean perfection.
I truly believe in not just giving mums exercises to follow, but helping them understand their body, feel more confident, and build a relationship with movement that actually supports them.
This is also why my work is evolving into The RESTORE Method:
Reconnect.
Regulate.
Rebuild.
Routine.
Rise.
Because feeling stronger matters, but feeling calmer, kinder to yourself, more confident, and less like you’re constantly starting over matters too.
