🦋 Thank you to the man who will be responsible for keeping us dancing until someone tells us the bar is closed…

We are SO excited to have Andy from Herts Events joining us once again for Butterfly Ball 2026!

Andy has been part of the Butterfly Ball story before and we’re delighted to have him back behind the decks, doing what he does best, reading the room, keeping the energy flowing and knowing exactly which tune is going to get everyone back on the dancefloor.

From Motown to 80s classics, 90s anthems, indie, R&B, pop, disco and everything in between, Andy knows how to bring generations together on one dancefloor. And with more than 20 years’ experience and 1,500+ weddings and events under his belt, we’re know we’re in safe hands!

Because let’s be honest…
You can have the beautiful venue.
You can have the incredible food.
But if the music isn’t right… we’re all going home early. 😂

Luckily, we’ve got Andy!

Thank you for continuing to support the Butterfly Ball and for helping us create another unforgettable night of music, memories, laughter, dancing.

If you’re planning a wedding, party or event and want a DJ who doesn’t just play music but knows how to create an atmosphere and keep the whole room involved, go and check out Herts Events | Wedding DJ Hertfordshire

Andy, we’ll see you on the dancefloor! 🎶🦋

We are absolutely delighted to have William joining us at Butterfly Ball 2026, providing the entertainment for our drinks reception.

And when we say what a voice… we really mean it! 🎶

There is something very special about live music at the start of an evening. It sets the tone, brings people together and creates those first little moments that become part of the memories of the night.

We can’t wait for our guests to arrive, glass in hand, and hear Will filling the room with that incredible voice.

But don’t just take our word for it…

Good food brings people together.
Great food becomes part of the memories.

And when it comes to the Butterfly Ball, we are incredibly lucky to have Tasty Affair looking after us once again.

Paul and his amazing team have catered our events from the very beginning and every single time they go above and beyond to make sure our guests are looked after, well fed and very, very happy!

From the delicious food to the incredible attention to detail, nothing ever feels like too much trouble. They understand that when you’re putting on an event like the Butterfly Ball, it’s the little things that make a big difference.

With over 40 years of experience, they provide professional catering for everything from private celebrations and weddings to corporate events, charity fundraisers and large scale occasions. Their team can provide everything from beautifully presented buffets and canapés to fully attended events and silver service. Paul, thank you for continuing to support the Butterfly Ball and for being part of our story year after year. Your generosity, hard work and commitment mean so much to us and to the charities we are able to support because of this event.

We can’t wait to see what you create for us this year… although we’re already hungry just thinking about it! 😋

We are incredibly grateful to Nof Tona and the whole Castles team for their support of this year’s Butterfly Ball.

Nof and his team have built a reputation over decades for combining genuine local expertise with a personal, professional approach, whether you’re looking to buy, sell, rent, let or manage a property.

So, if you’re looking for an estate agent, I can honestly say that the Castles team are second to none. They know their market, they know their clients and importantly, they genuinely care about the people they work with and their support of Butterfly Ball means so much.

Putting on an event like this comes with significant costs, venue, entertainment, food, drinks, décor and all the things that help make the evening so special. Our sponsors help us meet those costs, which means we can maximise the amount we are able to donate to the incredible charities and causes we support.

That’s the bit that matters.

Every pound we can save through sponsorship is another pound that can go towards making a difference.

So a big thank you to Nof and his team for their contribution.

And if you’re thinking about moving, renting, selling or letting, do yourself a favour and speak to the team Castles Estate Agents

Some people sponsor an event.
Some people become part of the story 🦋

We are so incredibly grateful to Abi from Your Social Agent for everything she is doing to support Butterfly Ball 2026.

Abi has generously given her time, energy, creativity and expertise to help us capture the story of the Butterfly Ball in the lead-up to the event, creating video content that allows us to share the why behind what we do and the people who make it so special.

And she isn’t stopping there…

On the night itself, Abi will be there behind the camera, capturing the laughter, the tears, the dancing, the hugs, the beautiful moments and all the memories in between.

Because when the night is over, we’ll have something incredibly precious, memories we can keep, share and look back on for years to come.

Abi is seriously talented at what she does, She helps businesses turn their ideas into compelling content and build a social presence that actually connects. From social media management and content creation to branding, design and websites.

So if you’re a business owner thinking “I really should do something about my social media...” but haven’t got the time, the confidence or quite know where to start, go and speak to Abi!

She is creative, professional, incredibly easy to work with and, as we can personally vouch for, knows how to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera!

Abi, thank you for believing in our vision and for giving so generously to our cause. We genuinely couldn’t do this without people like you.

We cannot wait to see the event through your lens 💚

Some partnerships are about business.
Some are about a beautiful venue.
And some become part of the story.

That Amazing Place is one of those.
From our very first Butterfly Ball, Paul and his incredible team have stood alongside us, opening their doors, supporting our vision and helping us create a space where we can come together to remember, celebrate life and raise vital funds for causes close to our hearts.

This year, we’re incredibly proud to say That Amazing Place is not only our host venue once again, but also a proud sponsor of Butterfly Ball 2026 and honestly, we couldn’t be more grateful.

The Butterfly Ball is about so much more than one night.
It’s about people coming together. It’s about creating memories, honouring those we have lost and turning grief into something positive and purposeful.

Having a team who believes in that from the very beginning means more than we can put into words.

Thank you, Paul and the whole That Amazing Place team, for continuing to believe in us, champion what we’re trying to create and be such an important part of the Butterfly Ball journey.

We cannot wait to fill your beautiful venue once again with love, laughter, remembrance, celebration

Life has a way of pulling us in every direction.

We spend so much of our time caring for others, meeting deadlines, juggling responsibilities and pushing through, that we often forget to pause and check in with ourselves.

The Soul Reset is your invitation to do just that.

Once a month, on a Wednesday evening, we’ll come together in a calm, nurturing space to gently slow down, quiet the mind and reconnect with what matters most.

During this 90-minute experience you’ll enjoy:

🌿 A guided meditation to settle your nervous system
🎶 An immersive sound bath to encourage deep rest
🪽 An intuitive angel card reading, offering gentle guidance and reflection to take with you

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, searching for clarity or simply craving a moment of stillness, this session is designed to help you leave feeling lighter, calmer and more connected to yourself.

Simply arrive exactly as you are.

Spaces are intentionally limited to create an intimate experience, so early booking is recommended.

DM to save your space.

Give yourself permission to pause.
Your mind, body and soul will thank you 💚

You might arrive feeling anxious, overwhelmed or completely shut down.

That’s okay, there is no right way to show up here.

This is a space where all parts of you are welcome. You can just be, without explanation.

Healing doesn’t happen through pressure, it happens through safety and connection.

When you feel supported, your body can begin to let go of survival mode. This is where rest, repair and resilience can grow.

Come join us 💚
