“I was so fed up (even after 6 - sometimes 9 Aqua aerobic classes a week) of feeling like a sloth, dragging a two tonne weight in my muscles and joints so I researched Red light therapy and attended the Frequency Hub and met Vern, I’ve had 2 red light/plasma light sessions and for the first time in 5 months (since they butchered my knee on my birthday) I’ve had completely pain free nights. I haven’t had a painkiller (strongest codeine you can be prescribed) in 8 days!!! I’m also on an 11 day detox taking specific vitamins and I can honestly say I feel as though I’ve had a complete body transplant. I’m due an NHS blood test on the 8th, I’ll be interested to see what my inflammation levels are. I must admit this sounds too good to be true and I describe Vern’s treatment room as being other worldly - like something you’d expect to find on the moon - but the massive change in my mobility/clearness of my head is unbelievable! I’ve had a fog in my brain since long covid along with the vertigo and a rattle in my lungs - that too seems to have gone - I can’t explain any of it apart from the red light/plasma light therapy that I’ve had 2 one hour sessions of (along with cutting out sugar completely and other dietary changes) - I just hope this continues. It seems too good to be true . The video is a long drawn out one and not an easy watch but it’s introduced - hopefully for me an ongoing drug free anti-inflammatory future. If only this was available in 1976 when I was finally officially diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis I might have had a pain free life !!!”
