Aubree ✨
Aubree has been training with Teighlor for 2 months, focusing on balance, stability, and strength. The improvement has been remarkable, her movement quality, jumping and landing mechanics, and overall confidence on the pitch have all levelled up significantly. She even paced Teighlor on a 5km run in the lead-up to the marathon, a brilliant show of her dedication and fitness. Aubree has also followed all advice around stretching, recovery, and wellness outside of sessions without a word needing to be said twice. An absolute inspiration for young female footballers. We are incredibly proud to be part of her journey. Well done Aubree!
Joan Schneider ✨
Joan has nearly completed her 8-week kickstart programme, having been referred by one of our PT students. She has quickly established herself as one of our strongest female clients ,putting 100% into every session with spot-on form and impressive lifts.
Despite a busy and demanding work environment, Joan never misses a session. She’s a genuine delight to train, and we can’t wait to move into Phase 2. Well done Joan!
Gus ✨
Gus has been training consistently with me since January 2024 and came in with an excellent strength base. Through his weekly commitment and focus, he has done a great job of building and maintaining his strength across all areas.
The only sessions he tends to miss are either due to holidays or the occasional overly competitive padel match! That said, it’s probably fair to say Gus enjoys the feeling after a session more than the thought of arriving for one. Keep the training going, Gus. I hope that I’m as strong and capable as you are when I reach your age, in a few years’ time!
