Hi everyone, im still here (I promise!)

After being very MIA from social media for a couple of years (having a toddler, home, husband and business to organise is quite full on 😆) I just wanted to show my face here to say a little hello! 👋

I'm not going to promise ill be on here everyday (!) however, I understand that its nice to see occasional updates, life pics and of course Chiro footage!

A lot of you may now know that I am back from the most wonderful Maternity leave 🥰 👶💕

My hours have changed slightly in both the Harrogate and Garforth clinics but please DM me if you'd like me to confirm clinic hours 👍

(Availability for New Patients in Garforth is extremely limited at the moment so apologies if you have contacted me and had to wait for an appointment)

I will be taking a short Maternity leave to relax and welcome our little baby girl into the world 💕

The wonderful K.w personal trainer will be joining the team at The Yorkshire Chiro in Garforth as a Sports Massage Therapist!

Kirsty has over 12 years experience in the industry and I can't wait to have her join us!

She will be available to see clients, at our Garforth clinic from the 8th Feb!
