After two and a half years of trying to conceive, two failed IVF cycles, and being told we had just a 1 - 3% chance of ever having a baby, we finally uncovered the missing pieces behind our “unexplained infertility.”

Through deeper investigation, targeted nutrition, lifestyle changes, perseverance, and surgery for previously undiagnosed endometriosis, I conceived naturally at age 42.

This journey has changed everything for me. It has strengthened my belief that “unexplained” often just means we haven’t found the root cause yet, and that there is far more we can do than we often realise to support fertility and women’s health naturally.

As we prepare to welcome our baby any day now, I’m officially on maternity leave. I’ll be returning to work in January 2027, when my nutrition practice will focus on fertility and women’s health.

We are very excited about our next chapter and I’m looking forward to supporting others who are navigating similar journeys and helping them uncover answers sooner when I’m back to work.

Thank you so much for all your support and I look forward to sharing more when I return. ✨

For many of us, it’s the last working day before Christmas - and if you’re feeling tired, overstimulated, and a little frazzled… you are definitely not alone!

As we race to finish up for the year, stress often feels like the price we pay for “getting everything done.” That’s exactly why this conversation with Emma, a wellbeing coach who specialises in stress management, feels so timely.

In this episode, Emma Longbottom shares practical, grounded tools to help calm the nervous system, rebalance energy, and step out of the cycle of constant pushing - which is especially relevant for women in midlife juggling work, family, and their own health.

My invitation to you: find half an hour over the Christmas break to sit down, breathe, and listen. Let this be a pause, not another thing on the to-do list, so you can come back into the New Year with a fresh perspective and more tools in your stress-management toolkit.

Your nervous system will thank you. Link to episode: YouTube.com/watch?v=STMFRGX2v4k
