Whether you're there to show off your best dance moves, enjoy the atmosphere or try your luck in the auction, it's all helping raise valuable funds for .

So, get your dancing shoes on - over 18s only - and get ready to hit the dancefloor! 💃🕺

⛰ In 2025 we took on Yorkshire to raise funds for and this year we've ran and walked our way virtually along the 589-mile West Scotland Trail.

Whether you're an ABBA fan, an indie lover or happiest belting out 80s classics, there's something for everyone at the Along Came Polly Silent Disco & Auction.

More importantly, you'll be helping Tracey Davison-Franks raise vital funds for after her stage 4 bowel cancer diagnosis.

🌷 Your skills could help our community grow.

Kendal has found the perfect volunteering role by combining her love of gardening with supporting our service.

🌺 By looking after the garden outside our cabin, she's created a beautiful space that often sparks conversations with passers-by wanting gardening advice or keen to learn more about what we do.

As Kendal says, "it's a nice little social contact."

Not green-fingered? That's absolutely fine! We're always looking for volunteers with all kinds of interests - from supporting our specialist exercise sessions to helping with fundraising events and community activities.

😀 "It made me really proud that I'd been able to make progress."

Receiving a cancer diagnosis and going through treatment can be a long, difficult journey. Fiona, an patient, remembers one of the little milestones she achieved during her treatment. As Fiona herself said, it's all about "mindset as well as body".
