What a wonderful gathering of beings who share interest, passion, and eagerness for self-sustaining, natural living.
Today I delivered a cosy workshop at Living Potential Care Farming about the amazing properties of marigold & yarrow🌼
We completed a few mindful activities: picking the flowers, steeping individual petals & a whole flower to concoct a nourishing tea and “micellar” water for the skin…
It was a joy to share my knowledge to people who have a genuine interest in natural health and wellbeing, thank you Living Potential Care Farming for holding the space and bringing together such lovely company 💛
