My lessons in this human experience have all been delivered in the form of relationships.

Relationships with others and with the one with myself.

I realise now that the only relationship that ever really mattered was the relationship that I had with myself.

Changing that changed how I showed up as a mum, partner and friend.

It changed how I feel about myself
I now feel love for myself and I realise it was never about finding it externally but it was about finding it from within.

A mother who was brought back to life after her heart flatlined during childbirth says she was shown a 360-degree replay of her life. 😲

Patty Ellen remembers being wheeled into the operating theatre and hearing the heart monitor suddenly go flat. 💔

In that exact moment, Patty says she left her body and hovered above the doctors as they desperately fought to save her.

But the delivery room vanished, and she found herself surrounded by a 360-degree video screen replaying all the key moments of her life. 😲

The footage kept pausing on times she had treated people badly, leaving her terrified she was being sent to Hell.

That was until a mysterious figure placed a hand on her shoulder and spoke to her telepathically.

They told her not to worry, transmitting a profound feeling of eternal love and the message that she needed to forgive herself.

Just as the vision was ending, she heard the sound of her newborn baby crying for the first time. ❗

The presence gave her an ultimatum to either stay in the afterlife or go back to her life.

Patty immediately chose to return and was violently shot back into her body just as medical staff were performing chest compressions.

"The biggest, most important thing is that I'm no longer afraid to die," she says.

"And the weird thing is that I can't wait to go back."

I said it

Don’t get me wrong I use social media and have accounts on most platforms and feel as a self employed woman I should have somewhere people can search for me and find out more about me but the truth is it actually triggers me

Some days I open instagram and within minutes I question myself

Am i doing enough?
Should I be posting more?
Am I failing?
Are they doing better than me?
Should I be buying into everything?

I am at a place where I know none of my thoughts hold any value but it doesn’t change the fact that we are human. We all live with a shadow self that likes to chip in and tell us we are not enough.

I just want you to know that if it triggers you too then that’s ok. Our shadow is part of us. The spiritual world may have you believe that you are to banish those parts of yourself and live a life of positive and love
I’m here to tell you that your shadow can never be banished. It lives within you as a part of yourself and the more we accept that and understand what that means the more we can live a life authentic to us.

Not every woman is a business woman
Not every woman has time and money to constantly take their children out
Not every woman feels confident in their body or mind
Not every woman wants to hear how they’re failing because you feel like you’re winning.

Please bring back the posts about life. The real life the messy life.

Because I’m a little bored of the sell

The email was from the lady who came for the healing and reading earlier today.

It was a deeper research into everything I had mentioned during the session using an Ai chatbot and it seamlessly linked the energy healing, Tarot reading and current life all together.

I was amazed reading it. The symbols the metaphorical imagery and the feelings during the session all remarkably accurate.

I’ve learnt along the way to let them through and although I might not always know the relevance in that moment it somehow links into place beautifully.
It develops with practice. Like a skill I continue to have to work on if I want to continue getting better.
I know it works through energy and frequencies but I still stand back in awe of what we are capable of every time and often wonder how on earth I’m doing it.

Today in the session Napoleon made a visit. He came as a reminder that masculine drive can be perfectly balanced with Aphrodites love and Devine feminine energy.
That healing happens when we allow ourselves to surrender. And that we are allowed to embrace our free spirit and inner knowing.

I could never take my work for granted, I can’t really even call it work. I will continue to be amazed by the information i receive and the gifts I am crafting and without others my work cannot be shared.

Psychics and energy healers are channels bridging you to your higher self. Opening communication to your souls wisdom, ancestry and guides.
The answers do and always will lie within you, attending regular sessions allows you to take a moment to hear them and feel them.

I honestly believe it’s equally as beneficial as therapy.

This is my therapy and it’s a therapy I know works.
