🍂 THE COSY MONTHS ARE CALLING… 🍂

My autumn & winter sound bath dates are here! ✨

September, October, November & December are already taking shape, with plenty of opportunities to pause, switch off and immerse yourself in the calming sounds of a sound bath.

To open the season, I’ll be hosting a complimentary Sound Bath Taster session at the newly refurbished store in Harrogate — a lovely opportunity to experience a little taste of what’s to come. 🤍

I’ve loved taking my sound baths outdoors this summer, as well as welcoming you into some beautiful indoor spaces — and, most of all, meeting so many lovely people along the way.

Now it’s time to welcome cosy season 🍂✨

There was such a beautiful stillness in the room on Friday evening at ✨

A room full of people giving themselves permission to pause, rest, breathe, and simply be.

Feedback like this means so much, because creating a calm, welcoming space where people feel held and able to properly switch off is at the heart of what I do.

My background includes a Master’s in Music Therapy, several years’ experience working as a Music Therapist, and IPHM-certified sound therapy practitioner training — all of which continues to shape the care, intention and sensitivity I bring into these spaces.

Thank you so much to everyone who joined me — and to those who take the time to share such kind words afterwards. It never goes unnoticed 🤍

NEW VENUE ALERT!

I'm delighted to be bringing Sound Baths to the gorgeous Nomads Wellness Club, Otley on Sunday (17th May).

The first Sound Bath hosted by will begin with a gentle guided relaxation, easing you into stillness before transitioning into a therapeutic sound bath using crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls and other healing instruments. As you lie comfortably, the layered sounds create a calming environment that encourages deep rest and nervous system recovery. Whether you're familiar with the restorative and grounding effects of a Sound Bath or simply coming as you're in need of a reset, this session will support general wellbeing, relaxation and recovery.

Blankets, eye pillows and bolsters will be provided as you lie back cocooned in stillness and sound.

The session will end with light refreshments and herbal teas, giving you time to gently reawaken, ground yourself and transition back into your day.
