“What’s the best treatment for my skin?” 🤍

It’s one of the questions we’re asked most often, but the answer is almost never straightforward.

While treatments like TCA peels, microneedling and NeoGen can all improve skin quality, they work in completely different ways. That’s why choosing the right treatment starts with understanding why your skin concern exists, not just what it looks like.

When will you see results from NeoGen... and why do we recommend a course of at least three treatments?

NeoGen works by delivering controlled nitrogen plasma energy into the skin, triggering a natural healing and regeneration response. While you may notice an early glow and improvement in skin texture once the initial healing has settled, the most significant changes don’t happen overnight.

One of the questions we get asked most about NeoGen is... what does it actually feel like? 🤔

The good news is that most patients find it much more comfortable than they expect!

During the procedure, you’ll usually feel a warm, prickly sensation as the plasma energy is delivered to the skin. Some areas (like around the eyes or mouth) can feel a little more sensitive than others, but it’s bearable and totally up to you where we treat, and at what pace we go at.

Afterwards, your skin will feel warm (a bit like mild sunburn) for a few hours, before the healing process begins!
