I’m still finding the words for such a beautiful, deeply immersive weekend. 🤍

On Saturday, we held an intimate Soul Retreat at Soul Haven. The energy, love, connection and spirit guided every moment, allowing each beautiful soul to soften, open and lean into the parts of themselves that were ready to be seen. It was a day of deep remembrance, healing and profound connection.

Then Sunday, we gathered at the beautiful Sancta alongside 20 incredible souls. Beginning with our sacred Rose Tea Ceremony, we journeyed into the Angelic Soul System before being guided into a deeply powerful Kundalini experience.

One thing I always share is this…
Kundalini isn’t something I do to you. It isn’t an awakening that I create. It is your own divine intelligence awakening from within. Your body knows exactly what it needs, and your energy responds in the way that is right for you at that moment.

Some experienced complete stillness.
Some gentle tremors.
Some powerful movement.
Every journey was unique, yet every one was exactly as it was meant to be.

As your guide, my role is simply to hold a safe, loving space, tune into your energy and support your nervous system and energetic field as your own innate wisdom begins to unfold.

Sunday was nothing short of magical. The trust, openness and willingness each of you brought into the space created something incredibly special.

To every single person who joined us—whether it was your first experience or one of many—thank you.

Thank you for trusting me, for trusting yourselves, and for allowing me the privilege of walking beside you on your journey.
