Six products. One box. One 30K run to find out whether it holds up.

The Sport Pro Edition Box, unboxed properly: Fuel+ gels, the Magnesium Muscle & Joint Spray, M&J patches, Pure Creatine+, Hydrate+ and Move Max. Audio Magnesium sits in the lid, so the box covers the training, the fuelling and the bit afterwards that most people skip.

The point of a box is that you stop assembling a routine out of six different brands and six different delivery dates.

Some nights they forgot. We wrote that down too.

Most product testing has been tidied up before you ever see it. The missed nights get quietly dropped, and what is left looks like a straight line up.

The NUYU Lab is a real world magnesium test running with a cohort in a recovery studio in Nottingham. Same box each, a rating every night against the night before, across sleep, calm, recovery and mood. When someone misses a night, that is a gap in the data, and we leave it there.

A test you can only see the good half of is not a test. It is an advert.

The Lab lives inside the NUYU Audio Magnesium app. Download it, open Lab, and see how the cohort is getting on, flat nights and missed nights included.

Electrolyte drinks love to talk about the sea.

Seawater is mostly sodium and chloride. That is two things. It is why so much of the category tastes like a dare and why half those sachets end up unfinished in a bag.

Hydrate Mode is six: magnesium, potassium, calcium, zinc, manganese and vitamin C. No sugar. No seaweed. Nothing you have to be brave about.

No white coats. No clipboards. Just 28 nights.

This is where the NUYU Lab actually runs. Not a clinic and not a focus group behind glass, but a recovery studio in Nottingham, with sofas, red light, compression boots and people getting on with their evening.

The setting is deliberate. Magnesium is a daily habit product, so running the test in a clinical room would only tell you how it behaves in a clinical room. Everyone in the cohort gets the same box and rates their own sleep, calm, recovery and mood each night against the night before. Nobody is paid to enjoy it, and every answer is published, including the flat ones and the nights people forget.

You can read it as it happens. The Lab lives inside the NUYU Audio Magnesium app, under the Lab tab.

Recovery looks less heroic than the adverts suggest.

No montage, no transformation shot. Just someone on a bench in Nottingham, catching her breath and filling in a form on her phone.

That form is the NUYU Lab. Cycle 01 is a real world test running out of a recovery studio in Nottingham. Same box each, their own routines, no white coats and no clipboards. Every night the cohort rates sleep, calm, recovery and mood against the night before, and we publish every answer, including the flat ones.

If it works, you will see it. If it does not, you will see that too.

The Lab lives inside the NUYU Audio Magnesium app. Download it, open Lab, watch it happen.

We're not going to tell you it works. They might.

The NUYU Lab is a real-world test we're running with a cohort in Nottingham. Everyone gets the same box. Every night they rate that night against the one before, across sleep, calm, recovery and mood. Their own answers, not numbers scraped off a wearable.

And all of it goes up as it comes in. The flat nights, the no-change answers, the weeks where somebody felt worse. We don't get a first look and a chance to tidy it.

That constraint is deliberate. It is very easy to run a small study, find the one flattering number in it, and put that number on a poster. We wanted to make that impossible for ourselves, so we put the whole thing somewhere you can read it without us in the way.

To follow it, download the free NUYU Audio Magnesium app and open the Lab tab:

Most bedtime routines fail because they ask too much of you at 11pm.

This one is two steps. Two sprays of magnesium on the skin before bed, and one Night Mode patch on the wrist carrying valerian, griffonia, lavender, chamomile and bee flower straight through to the alarm.

No tablets, no glass of water, nothing left to remember at 2am. The spray does the evening, the patch does the night shift.

Nobody ever finished a drink for the sodium.

Most electrolyte sachets are built around salt. Sodium, chloride, and then the ingredient list runs out of road. Sodium does a job, it is just not the whole job.

Hydrate Mode runs on five minerals plus vitamin C. Magnesium, potassium, calcium, zinc, manganese. Zero sugar, zero seawater, five flavours, nothing you have to be brave about.

Read both lists, then pick one: https://feelnuyu.com/products/hydrate-mode-mixedberry

And if you want the wind down side of things, the NUYU Audio Magnesium app is free to download.
