Six years of consistency and discipline♥️
My intention for 2020 was to improve my functional strength for doing my daily tasks.
For the past few years, I have been
consistently working on building strength and have incorporated routines around this goal into my practice.
What l've learnt is that there are loads of ways to use your own body weight to strength train, and the knowledge l've built has helped me work with my students to incorporate strength training into their own practice in ways that work for them in their own bodies.
Long term consistency is the key to building strength over time and I'm so grateful for my own progress, and that of my students! You can see how my arm strength has improved from these pictures of my arm balance journey over the last couple of years.
