Over the last seven years, I’ve spent a lot of time working on me mind, body, soul and all that jazz! ❤️

After losing weight and gaining most of it back, I decided to have a gastric sleeve. My BMI went from 43 to 23, and I now maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle with the odd vino and choccie, obviously! 😂

I’ve never been ashamed of my journey. I’m open about it and have helped lots of people through their own weight-loss and personal journeys along the way.

I’ve now been advised that converting my sleeve to a bypass could benefit me for other health reasons, rather than for further weight loss. My concern is losing too much and ending up looking or feeling unwell. I’m happy with my weight now, and my surgeon knows that.

I’m still weighing up my options and would genuinely love to hear from anyone who’s had a sleeve-to-bypass conversion, especially when already at a healthy weight—or anyone who’s had a bypass.

How was recovery? Did you lose much more weight? What’s everyday life like now?

I have a pretty normal life, just minus the massive dinner plates 😂 So let me know, peeps the good and the difficult! Happy for private messages too ❤️ x

Haha, just to clear something up… I’m not going anywhere, people! 😂❤️

I’ve had a few lovely messages since announcing my new London Clinical Lead role, with people thinking I’m packing my bags and heading back down south! 😂

No chance, I’m a Northern girl now! 🥰

My new role doesn’t mean I’ll be based in London full-time. I’ll still be very much here in the North East, doing what I love!

I’m incredibly proud and excited about this next chapter in my career, but I want to reassure everyone that I’m still just as devoted to my clinic, my patients and both of my roles as ever. ❤️

I’ve worked far too hard building something I love up here to be disappearing anytime soon!

So don’t worry, you’re all still stuck with me! 😂❤️

The London girl might have found her way back into a London role, but the North has definitely got my heart! 🥰

A little bit of news from behind the scenes at SR Integrated Health & Wellness Clinic ❤️

I’m proud to share that I’ll be taking on the role of London Clinical Lead for South West and North West London.

Having spent many years working in urgent care, clinical audit and governance, I’m passionate about raising standards, supporting clinicians and making sure people receive safe, thoughtful, high-quality care.

That same passion is at the heart of our clinic. For me, it’s about listening, giving honest advice and making sure every person feels informed, supported and cared for throughout their journey.

I officially start in January and am supporting the teams in the meantime, alongside continuing to grow and develop SR Integrated Health & Wellness Clinic.

I’m excited for this next chapter, and so grateful to everyone who continues to support me and the clinic. I couldn’t do this without the support of my husband and family, so thank you to them and to my friends for always being there ❤️
