It’s Tuesday already !! That means I’m raffle shopping for group & later setting it up ready for our early bird session at 730 am tomorrow!!! Yes we have 5 sessions run throughout the day & you are very welcome to any of them ! Join at any session & attend a different one the following week ! No rules - just as long as you attend weekly ( unless you’re a shift worker then we can also help you ! )

David is a new target member of our 7 pm session - I asked him how his health has changed over the years ( as we celebrate men’s health week ) As you know I was right on the verge of having to use insulin, due to my excess weight. Its taken me a few years, but I'm now nearly 4st lighter, and my diabetes is fully under control. My anti-rejection medicine for the heart transplant is at its minimum, all due to weight control greatly assisted by Slimming World.
Well done David you have change your life greatly xx

Worked up an appetite this morning ! 10,000 steps so far & a nice lunch before I hit the streets again delivering leaflets !! ! Roast pork dinner I did add some mini puds too xx
