As a workplace we would like to bring a bit of an issue to light.
Where in the studio we do strive to deliver your services, in the most comfortable and friendly of atmospheres, and we do genuinely have time for each and everyone of you that show mutual respect. There are limitations to how far that friendship goes, where mutual permission has not been granted. We are your friendly neighbourhood artists, this is a professional relationship. However at times boundaries are being crossed.
We get it... We are clearly fabulous 𤣠however if people could refrain from asking people for our private numbers, home addresses or places we frequent, that would be much appreciated. We live by a "if they want me to know they will tell me" vibe and would appreciate it if people could offer the same respect back.
If we want to give out personal information or details we will. If we don't, we won't.
But please don't go asking other people these things, or asking anything about our private/personal lives without our knowledge.
We do understand the professional relationship can get confused at times, and we understand that some people do get attached because of this confusion.
But there are boundaries in place here. When it gets to crossing into our personal lives without invitation/permission to do so, it's gone too far.
And please to everyone don't make this a slanging match in comments. It's an occupational hazard that needed some light shed on that is all.
