Held in a small and cosy space with room for just a small gathering..., the evening session is designed to help you slow down, switch off from the outside world, and reconnect with yourself through reverberating sound and rest......

The deep resonance of the gongs, alongside gentle shamanic drumming & vocals..., creates a grounding atmosphere that can help settle the nervous system and support deep relaxation as the day comes to a close.....

You’re welcome to simply lie back, get comfortable, and receive the experience in your own way.... No pressure, no expectations, just time and space to unwind, rest, and soften into the evening....

It was lush being back at my favourite venue.... the dim warm lights an the shimmer from the gongs create such a beautiful atmosphere.....

Together, we’ll drop into a deeply restorative sound journey, guided by the resonant tones of gongs, crystal & Tibetan bowls, ocean drum...and shamanic drumming..... Let the layers of sound gently wash over you..., helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and guide you into a space of deep rest and inner stillness.....

This is an intimate and nurturing experience, where you’ll be held in a small circle, allowing for a deeper connection to yourself and the energy of the group.....

Omfg.... this might not be of interest to some folk.. an im pretty sure ive been annoying everyone at work waiting for this... BUT... my new 40" Wind Life Gong arrived today after a few issues with delivery... … and I am completely in awe.... 😲
After unboxing her...I hung her up and simply sat in stillness for a few moments.. She carries a strong female energy... ♀️... there was no mistaking it.... When I gently played her for the first time.., the vibrations.…overtones and surround sound filled the space 😲 and I burst into tears..... 😭
I am so deeply grateful to everyone who has supported these sound journeys.... I wouldn’t be able to invest in instruments like this without you (and a little help from Klarna).... 🥰🙏🏼
I can’t wait to bring her to life on the 25th and weave her into future meditations along with mr chau an baby wind ✨... its a real blooming blessing to be able to live my dream.... 😘
