The deep resonance of the gongs, alongside gentle shamanic drumming & vocals..., creates a grounding atmosphere that can help settle the nervous system and support deep relaxation as the day comes to a close.....

You’re welcome to simply lie back, get comfortable, and receive the experience in your own way.... No pressure, no expectations, just time and space to unwind, rest, and soften into the evening....

I create a space using gongs....Crystal & Tibetan bowls and shamanic drumming…...
A space where the noise in your mind can soften & quiet..... that noisy monkey chatter ...

So grateful for those who came out for themselves last night to just slow down an be in stillness..🧘‍♀️...
It was lush being back at my favourite venue.... the dim warm lights an the shimmer from the gongs create such a beautiful atmosphere.....
