It was fantastic to see so many people come together from across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, with hundreds of attendees enjoying a brilliant afternoon of community and support hosted by the Alzheimer's Society, Erewash Voluntary Action, Active Derbyshire and Derbyshire County FA at Chesterfield FC! ๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŽ‰

A huge thank you to the talented choir led by Sing Along with Ellie for providing such wonderful entertainment ๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿ’™

It was also great to speak with all the attendees from Chesterfield FC Community Trust Senior Spireites and all the groups and people in attendance ๐Ÿ™Œ๐ŸŽถ

As part of our intergenerational week at Chesterfield Care Group we thought we'd give another shout out to our wonderful Chesterfield College placement students! ๐ŸŽ“๐Ÿ™Œ We currently have admin students as well health and social care care ones. Lillie is one of our current health and social care students and she has gained so much confidence since she started with us, last week she even ran her own activity!
