Haslemere Holistic Reflexology

26/02/2026

With permission of my client, this is a before and after photo of feet which have benefitted from reflexology today.

Before reflexology, the feet are cold, red and tender...after reflexology the feet are back to their normal colour and temperature.

Reflexology improves circulation and helps the nervous system relax which helps to reduce cortisol and inflammation.

To find out how reflexology can benefit you, please message me.

I woke up to a lovely ☆☆☆☆☆ review this morning 🙏

"Kate is an outstanding reflexology practitioner. I have had lots of reflexology sessions in the past with other practitioners, however I have never experienced one quite so deep and relaxing. Kate definitely has a magic touch she brings a beautiful energy to the session. I recommend her to anyone looking for a reflexology treatment."
