Chichester Sound Meditation Sessions In September.

I have 2 regular sound journey sessions in the Chichester area in September in 2 beautiful and contrasting locations.

The first session takes place on Tuesday 8th September at 4pm at the Weald and Downland Museum in the magnificent setting of the gridshell building. The combination of the stunning setting and the therapeutic sounds of the instruments are a perfect combination to help you relax and rest.

Deep relaxation sound meditation session in a beautiful historic building.

On Sunday September 13th at 5pm I will be running my monthly sound journey session in the wonderful setting of Quinnettes Barn in Churt. This is a charming building which provides a perfect atmosphere to help you rest and relax and enjoy the therapeutic sounds.

I use a range of different instruments with a focus on a series of large gongs with their deep tones and wide sound spectrum to create a the opportunity for a deep and restorative sonic meditation.

West Horsley Place Special Event in September!

On Tuesday 15th September at 6:30pm I will be running a special sound journey session in the magnificent setting of West Horsley Place in Guildford.

The session will include a special selection of larger gongs alongside a range of bowls, chimes and gentle percussion.

This is a beautiful and tranquil setting and a perfect location for a sound meditation session.

Last chance to experience a wonderful outdoor gongbath this year at Alice Holt.

This evening (Thursday 3rd Sept, 6:30pm) will be the last outdoor gongbath for this year.

The weather forecast is dry and the quick change in the weather recently to autumn will give this session a very special atmosphere and a great way to bring the season to a close.

Final outdoor forest gongbath for this year!

The last gongbath at Alice Holt will take place on Thursday 3rd September at 6:30pm.

The sessions have been hugely popular again this season and this will be the last session for this year.

An outdoor gongbath is a rare opportunity to experience the synergy between nature and therapeutic sound. It creates an amazing sense of wellbeing and calm combining the sounds with the natural environment.

The weather looks fine for Thursday too!
