We’re big fans of Strictly Come Dancing here at the Body Control Pilates Studio 💃 🕺🏻 so we’re always excited when the professional dancers mention their love of Pilates! 💙

Super pro, Dianne Buswell, recently told the press that Pilates and Yoga are staples in her fitness regime - ‘I condition with Pilates and Yoga...they go hand-in-hand with dancing. In dancing, you want long, toned muscles, not short, bigger muscles...I find those exercises really lengthen and tone at the same time.’ 👍🏻

We couldn’t agree more Dianne...we’ll be keeping up our Pilates in the hope we look and dance like you one day too!! 😉
