Brewing, bottling, packing, delivering, selling, creating and dealing with the chaos that comes with growing a small business 😅

No artificial sweeteners, colours, flavours or preservatives.

Not all kombucha is made the same.

It stays cold because we keep it real.

Yes, our kombucha contains sugar.

Because real fermentation needs fuel.

We use organic cane sugar to feed the living culture during fermentation — not just to make it taste sweeter.

A lot of that sugar is metabolised along the way.

No gimmicky “sugar-free” badge. No unnecessary sweetener swap.

Just proper kombucha, made properly.

Running your own business is great.

Apart from the bits where it’s absolutely grim.

The stress. The uncertainty. The constant feeling that there’s something else you should be doing. Fixing one problem just in time for another one to pop up.

And the strange pressure of knowing that if you want this thing to work, nobody is coming to do it for you.

You just have to keep pushing.

Some weeks you feel like you’re building something incredible. Other weeks you wonder what on earth you’re doing.

I don’t think that side of running a business gets spoken about enough.

Booyah has come a long way, and we’re incredibly proud of what we’re building - but there’s a lot that happens behind the bottles, posts and nice-looking bits you see online.

Anyway, back to work 🫡
