I am a counsellor who places the will and the spirit of my clients at the heart of my practice. My goal is to help you empower yourself so that you can get the most out of your life. I imagine you’re looking for therapy because you're in a difficult place at the moment. Perhaps you are feeling stuck, and you don’t feel able to move forward with your life without some help. Perhaps you are stuck in

depression or anxiety, or are having trouble with the relationships in your life. Together we can bring you a clearer perspective on your situation, and work out why you are where you are today. We can help you get in touch with what you want in your life, so you can see how to move forward into a new chapter. I have 10 years experience working in mental health, with young people and adults with a wide range of complex needs. I have also worked as a professional musician throughout my adult life, so I also bring my own exploration of the creative journey to my work as a counsellor.
