Yoga sessions resume week commencing the 8th June.
The theme for the next 7 week sessions will be “Freedom and expansion”
with the aim to move beyond our limitations, open beyond our expectations and flow into freedom.
This theme will include physical expansion ideas, e.g. hip and heart openers, deep breathing and side body stretches. 🧘‍♀️

April is stress awareness month, with that in mind this yoga Nidra practice will have the aim to assist you to relax and let go of any stress you might be holding onto.
