Four to ten sessions. That's the clinical window where EFT shows lasting change.
Most practitioners and clients walk in assuming trauma work takes years. The research tells a different story.
95 pre-post clinical outcome studies. 300+ peer-reviewed papers spanning psychological and physical symptoms. The consistent finding: fast, enduring results in as few as 4-10 sessions, addressing psychological distress, quality of life, and physical symptoms at the same time.
This matters for two reasons.
When practitioners don't know the data, they under-sell what tapping can actually do. And when clients don't know the data, they stay stuck longer than they need to. Years of suffering compound when the evidence points to weeks.
We're not suggesting EFT replaces every other modality, or that every case fits neatly into a 10-session arc. Complex trauma deserves nuance. But the clinical window is real, and it's worth naming out loud, especially when someone is sitting across from you wondering if healing is even possible for them.
Evidence-based. Time-efficient. Mind and body, together.
That's the work.
