The end is near, I'm thinking about winter now. I know that sounds crazy, when its so hot. From the bees this is a critical period and if I want to have bees and honey in spring, now is the time to start preparing.

Honey stall is stocked and out today Tuesday 28th July. We have summer runny honey, soft set honey, raw pollen, beeswax candles and gift packs.

Hand rolled beeswax candles, this is exactly the same beeswax we use for foundation in the hives. Slow burning, smoke free and actually beneficial to to the air.

Heres an idea, raw propolis. This is something that I've never really thought about. Its not an easy thing to harvest and to be honest its a bit messy. A couple of people have asked me. I'm not interested in making tinctures or anything like that. Are people interest in this or is it just a fad?

Come and visit our honey stall. It will be out Monday 20th, Tuesday 21st (until 4pm) Wednesday 22nd, Thursday 23rd and Sunday 26th June. We still have some fresh pollen, lots of honey and I just might cut some more comb.
