Heathens welcome, read the boring bit below in depth as it's actually important.
You must book an appointment, fill out a consultation form and then pay a 50% booking fee to secure said appointment.
Walk in may be available depending on availability on the day but consultation form will still need to be completed.
We do recommend booking an appointment to avoid disappointment.
You can book an appointment by sending us a message via Facebook or calling on 07309578086. Please be aware appointments are on a first come first serve basis. This means if you are booking via messenger and either party aren’t able to reply within a reasonable amount of time your appointment time may be offered to someone else.
We offer our first appointment of the day at 3:30pm and our last appointment at 9pm Mon-Sat.
If you are messaging us outside of work hours to book an appointment please be aware we do not reply to messages on a Sunday/bank holiday or out of shop opening hours. Please be patient with us as we will get back to you as soon as we can.
When attending your appointment you must attend by yourself where possible. Any under 16’s must be accompanied by 1 parent/legal guardian. Any extra people you bring to your appointment will be asked to wait outside the shop and won’t be allowed in, except for one parent accompanying their child. You must be 16 years old to consent for yourself. If you’re attending your appointment alone please be aware you may be asked for proof of age. Acceptable forms of ID include an up to date passport, provisional/full driving license or a citizenship card. We are unable to accept ibirth certificates, college ID or photos of ID’s on phones. We allow parental consent for most piercings however some are exempt as you must be of a certain age by law.
We are unable to accept card payments so please ensure you have cash with you.
A 50% set up fee is applicable to all piercings and are there to cover non reusable overheads if once the set up is complete the piercing doesn’t take place.
Any cancellations/re booking of appointments we need at least 48 hours notice. Any less notice than 48hrs and you forfeit your booking fee.
