Currently our whole team are evacuated outside the building - so we are unable to our answer phone lines or see patients for this period of time. Friends and Family Feedback Results - May 2026

We welcome all positive and negative feedback into Blossom Health. One way is to feedback through the Friends and Family Test. Every comment and feedback provided is read by the practice. Our patient forum asked Blossom Health to report on this information so we will produce this data on a monthly basis going forward. Thank you all for your comments and feedback.

I thought I would share 5 Friday Blossom Health Facts this week to show some insight about our practice over both sites.

1: We have a caseload of just under 17,000 patients.

2: We book in approximately 6500 appointments per month

3: 75% of our appointments are face to face

4: We receive on average 11,500 calls per month into the practice

5: We handle around 500-600 e-consults per month

Last week we held our second re-launched Patient Participation Group (Patient Forum) at our Bedhampton practice whilst we were closed for Target.

Again, it was an excellent open meeting where we discussed a range of ideas and topics on how we can work together to deliver excellent care. Thank you to the patients who gave their valuable time on the day. This is becoming a real highlight of my role being involved in such a proactive and supportive group.

BLOSSOM HAVANT - Pay and display car park closure next week.

Monday 18th May 2026 to Saturday 23rd May 2026

We have received notification today that the small council owned pay and display car park outside Havant Health Centre will be closed from Monday to Saturday for resurfacing works. The council have advised that the Civic Centre Road East car park will remain open during this time.

The car park within the grounds of Havant Health Centre will still be accessible and available to use but please be aware that parking spaces are limited. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Today is international nurses day and we would just like to take a moment to recognise and celebrate the excellent work and contribtion of our nursing team here at Blossom Health. Thank you to all of our nurses for the hard work and commitment you give to our patients on a daily basis. Wednesday 13th May - Blossom Health will be closed from 12.30pm this Wednesday due to Target day which is an afternoon dedicated for staff training and updates. We will re-open again at 08.00am on the Thursday. Apologies for any inconvenience, during this time, if you require medical assistance please call 111 or 999 in an emergency.

Today, on National Practice Managers Day, I’m incredibly proud to celebrate this role and to reflect on what an honour it truly is to be a Practice Manager at Blossom Health.

I am deeply grateful to all of our amazing teams—our clinicians, receptionists, workflow teams, secretaries, and management team—whose dedication, professionalism, and teamwork make such a difference every single day and allow our practice to provide the best possible care.

I would also like to sincerely thank our patients; I genuinely value and enjoy the interactions I have with you and feel privileged to be part of your healthcare journey. Your trust, kindness, and feedback are hugely appreciated and are at the heart of everything we do.

Blossom Health is the first thing I think of when I wake up and the last thing I think of before falling asleep. This job has really got me hooked and I love my role as Practice Manager.
