We were founded in 1988 with the aim of providing high quality accommodation, care, assistance and support for people within the South East of England and started out with a residential care home for the elderly. In 2004 Dolphin Homes extended its range of services when it opened Myrtle Cottage, in Emsworth, its first home for adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. OUR MISSIO

Another busy week at Broadbridge Lodge!

There's been plenty going on, with everyone getting out and about and keeping busy:

James completed his weekly litter picking, helping to keep the local area looking its best.

Bradley enjoyed a day out at Leigh Park Gardens, with a trip through the Dartford Tunnel along the way.

Elliot spent the day at Fisher's Farm, enjoying everything the farm had to offer.

Another great mix of activities, community involvement and days out! 😊

A busy week of adventures at Myrtle and Fairlea!

It's been a lovely week, with plenty of opportunities to get out and about, including lots of walks and trips to the park! MG also enjoyed a trip away recently, and we've got some photos to share!

It's been great to see everyone making the most of the week, enjoying time outdoors, exploring new places and creating some brilliant memories along the way!🌳✨

Organised crime at Longleat?!

Josh had a brilliant day out at Longleat last week… until he encountered a particularly cheeky gang on the safari drive. 😂

The monkeys decided to rob his number plate right off the car!

Josh was happy for us to share the story and thankfully saw the funny side of his unexpected encounter with Longleat's resident criminals🐒

We're proud to be developing a co-production course created and soon to be delivered by people with lived experience!

Our Autism Journey is the name chosen by the six people involved in the course, bringing together both colleagues and people we support to share experiences, knowledge and perspectives.

Our Learning & Development Manager, Leigh, recently spent time with Meena, one of the supported people involved in the course, as they continue to shape the programme together.

Co-production is so valuable to Dolphin; listening to lived experience, valuing different perspectives and working together to create learning that is meaningful, accessible and relevant.

We're excited to see Our Autism Journey continue to develop and look forward to sharing more about the course as it takes shape💙
