✨ A little update from me… and an important note about bookings ✨

This morning I have been absolutely inundated with enquiries, and I know there are also lots of you patiently waiting to hear from me about readings, treatments, workshops and the reopening of Mystical Moon & Sage.

I haven’t posted much recently simply because there hasn’t been anything concrete to tell you, and I didn’t want to keep giving you vague updates when I couldn’t give you definite dates.

Yesterday was actually the first day that all of my family were back at work and school, and it felt very strange being the only one not heading off to do my own thing!

But I promise you, there has been LOTS happening behind the scenes. ✨

The website has been having a complete overhaul and is now in its final stages, so that will be coming very soon.

Unfortunately, an electrical issue was discovered at the new premises and the landlord is currently carrying out a rewire. I’m incredibly grateful that this is being properly rectified, but it does mean that I don’t yet have the keys to the shop and cannot begin the work needed to get the space ready.
And I know that’s frustrating to hear, particularly when so many of you are waiting. But this is important to get right and having a diligent and kind landlord is refreshing.

So, here’s what is happening with my waiting list…

For approximately the next two weeks, I will not be carrying out readings or treatments. I don’t yet have possession of the new premises, so quite simply, I don’t currently have anywhere suitable to work from.

I am expecting to take possession of the shop within the next couple of weeks. Once I have the keys and can properly assess when I will be ready to begin seeing clients, I will start contacting everyone on my waiting list and offering appointment dates.

Appointments will be offered in order of enquiry, because that feels like the fairest way to manage such a long list. If an appointment isn’t suitable or is declined, I will simply offer that space to the next person waiting.

If you have contacted me up to and including today (Saturday 5th September), don’t worry, you will be added to the waiting list.

After today, however, I am going to temporarily close my waiting list to new reading and treatment enquiries while I work through everyone who has already been waiting so patiently.

General treatment bookings will also remain closed for the moment, unless you are already working with me as part of an ongoing healing programme. Once I have worked through the existing list and know what my capacity looks like in the new shop, I will let everyone know when bookings reopen.

It is genuinely a wonderful position for a small business to be in, and I am incredibly grateful that so many of you want to come and see me. But I also need to manage expectations realistically rather than keep saying yes and leaving people waiting indefinitely.

I am very mindful that some of you contact me while navigating incredibly difficult or delicate situations and are hoping for guidance. I hate the thought of anybody feeling ignored. Please know that if I can’t immediately respond to a message or accommodate a request, there is a good reason.

Alongside running Mystical Moon & Sage, I am also Mum and carer to my severely disabled daughter. When I return, I will be working at full tilt to get through my waiting list and get the new shop established, but there will still be occasions when family has to come first.

There IS one date I can give you, though…

During this beautiful full-day course, you will receive your Level 1 Rahanni Celestial Healing attunement and learn how to work with this gentle but powerful healing modality for yourself and others.

Upon completion, you will receive your Rahanni manual and practitioner certificate.

You’ll just need to bring a packed lunch… and an open heart. 💗

✨ A little life update…

It’s been a little quieter than usual over here this week.

The first week after moving the shop has felt… strange. After opening the doors every morning for so long, suddenly not having a physical shop to unlock has taken a little adjusting to!

I know many of you have been messaging asking to book readings and treatments (thank you so much! 🫶🏼). At the moment we’re still waiting for the final paperwork before I can start taking appointments.

To make things fair, I’ve now started a waiting list. As soon as I have the green light, I’ll begin working through everyone in order, alongside my regular healing clients who already have ongoing commitments.

If you’d like to be added to the list, just send me a DM and I’ll be in touch as soon as booking opens.

In the meantime, life has reminded me of something important.

This week isn’t about unpacking crystal shelves or planning Moon Circles. It’s about celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday.

For families like ours, where life comes with extra challenges and an uncertain future, milestones like this carry a different kind of magic. So right now our house is full of JellyCats, sparkle, birthday decorations and far too many party plans… and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

This morning I pulled this card…

✨ Find Balance ✨

Sometimes Spirit doesn’t ask us to do more. Sometimes it gently reminds us to be fully present where we are.

The shop will reopen.
The Moon Circles will return.
The readings, healing sessions and all the magical shenanigans will be waiting.

But these moments with the people we love… these are the ones that quietly become the memories we treasure most.

So if you’ve been rushing through life lately, consider this your reminder too.

Find the balance.
Be present.
The little moments often turn out to be the biggest ones. 🪽

✨ Final Day at No. 33 ✨

Today’s the day… our final day of retail trading at 33 High Street.

We’ll be open from 10am until 4pm, so if you’ve been meaning to pop in, today is your last chance before we begin packing up for our exciting new chapter. 💛

From August, appointments will continue from our new home while we get everything ready behind the scenes. If you’d like to book a reading or treatment for next week or throughout August, just send me a DM and we’ll get you booked in.

And don’t worry… you won’t have to wait too long to see the shop again!

We’ll be packing up the crystals, candles and magic and heading to the Festival of Witches at Carmarthen Showground on 15th & 16th August. We can’t wait to see some familiar faces there!

For now though… here’s to one last beautiful day at No. 33.

✨ A New Chapter for Mystical Moon & Sage ✨

Sometimes, to grow, you have to be brave enough to turn the page…

After an incredible chapter at 33 High Street, it’s time for Mystical Moon & Sage to begin its next adventure.

This Saturday, 25th July, will be our final day of retail trading at No. 33. Please do pop by and say hello before we begin packing up for our next adventure.

Looking back, it’s hard to believe just how much has happened within these walls. Together we’ve created something truly special. From hundreds of readings, healing sessions and Moon Circles, to laughter, tears, friendships and moments of transformation… this little shop has become so much more than a business. It’s become a community.

To every single person who has walked through the door, trusted me with their story, attended a workshop, joined a circle, made a purchase or simply stopped by for a chat… thank you. You have made this journey possible, and I will be forever grateful.

But this isn’t goodbye…

It’s growth. 🌙

I’m so excited that Mystical Moon & Sage is moving into a beautiful new home, and I genuinely can’t wait to share everything we have planned. This move represents so much more than a change of address. It’s the beginning of a brand new chapter, giving us room to grow, create, and welcome even more of you through our doors.

✨ Any appointments already booked between now and 31st July will still take place at No. 33 as planned.

Throughout August, I’ll be stepping away from regular walk-in shopping while I focus on moving, creating our beautiful new space and enjoying some precious time with my daughter during the school holidays.

🌙 Readings and treatments will continue throughout August by pre-booked appointment only so DM to book if you have been thinking about it!

And because I can’t resist a little treat… if you’re visiting for an appointment during August, you may even get the chance for a sneaky VIP preview and private browse of our new home while it’s all coming together.

Over the coming weeks I’ll be sharing plenty of behind-the-scenes moments as we pack, paint, create and prepare for our next chapter, before announcing our official opening date.
