🧗🏽‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️ I totalled my stats for last week into an AI chat bot, and it estimated that I'd engaged in an Athlete- level amount of physical activity that week- between multiple kettle bell sessions, football, cycling, HIIT and walking.

So yesterday was a recovery day for me. I made sure I slept long, had my Vita Coco coconut water for replenishment, ate well and took time for myself, which looked like connecting with my Higher Power via meditation and watching the rain 💦💧🌧️
