These are the posts I really don’t like to write 💔 thankfully it doesn't happen often but with being so busy lately and struggling to fit clients in, I now need to become much stricter with my cancellation policy 📅✨

The Suffolk Laser Clinic has been open for 10 years now 🤍 and during that time I’ve honestly never been strict enough when it comes to cancellations and no-shows. Looking back, I try not to think about the amount of time and money lost over the years because of missed appointments.

When appointments are cancelled last minute — or clients simply don’t show up — it doesn’t just leave an empty slot in my diary. It takes money away from a family-run small business 🫶🏼 and can hit really hard, especially when other clients are waiting weeks for appointments that could have been filled.

I completely understand that life happens sometimes, and I will always do my best to be understanding where possible 🌸 but going forward, the cancellation policy shown below will now be strictly in place.

Thank you so much to all of my amazing clients for your continued support, loyalty, and understanding over the last 10 years 🩵 It truly means the world to me.
